⚙️ One-Time Setup

This app uses Google Firebase to save your staff accounts and markup settings permanently. Follow the steps below to connect it — you only do this once.

Step 1: Go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with your Google account.

Step 2: Click "Add project" → name it signage-calculator → click through and hit "Create project".

Step 3: Once inside your project, click the web icon (</>) → name it signage-app → click "Register app".

Step 4: You'll see a code block. Copy the values for apiKey, authDomain, projectId, and appId and paste them into the fields below.

Step 5: In the left sidebar click Firestore Database → Create database → choose Start in test mode → click Enable.
